For instance, the statuary, where she's... okay, so setting up a dressmaker's dummy with wood built up around it so you can beat it up sure is something you can do. She's got her axe, of course, but to the side is a pile of other weapons -- a spear, a sword, a knife. Just in case.
One can't train all day, of course, not that Anna has ever been the sort to advocate for moderation. But none of them lie below you, and none form above, anywhere beyond the vault door. It looks like, for the time being, you might be safe.
The ride down is slow and steady - a good number of you last made this ride knowing you might not ride up again, huh? It's a little crowded with all of you and the orbs in here, but you make it.
There are some low lights on in the trial room, which seems just about how you all left it, but the podiums are dark and the screens quiet. The sea outside is black as ink.
A soft light fills the room, unlike the harsh one you're used to - the orbs move to surround the perimeter of the room, glowing brighter so that you can see. The screens click on after a moment, too, displaying a stylized white hat, and there's a message for you on the far wall from the ghost who's been guiding you since whatever damaged deadland happened: ]
